In general, the Broncos fans have witnessed a rise in ticket prices over the past few years. The franchise raised ticket prices by 8% in 2025, about 7.9% in 2024, and more than 13% in 2023. For the 2026 season, the ticket price hike percentage is 9% as reported by the Denver Post.
Still, it did not dampen the enthusiasm of the fans. The Broncos President Damani Leech said the team’s season-ticket renewal window recently closed with a 99.5% renewal rate, which he described as the highest in franchise history, according to Parker Gabriel of the Denver Post.
The renewal rate made history, even though Denver has a harder schedule in 2026.
Denver Broncos’ 2026 Slate Among the League’s Tougher Draws
The Broncos will open the season at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium. It will test their grit against a top-tier rival.
With Patrick Mahomes returning from a serious knee injury, fans will be eager to find out what the high-stakes face-off will bring.
At the same time, Denver has the 15th-most difficult slate in the NFL this season. Their strength-of-schedule figure, based on opponents’ combined wins, is .512 this year, which is a bit higher than .505 in the 2024 season.
So, at the end of the season, Denver faces a steeper climb to the playoffs, with a .512 strength-of-schedule pointing to a tough first-place slate that features matchups against the Patriots, Steelers, and Jaguars.
Over the past two seasons, the Broncos have gone through a refining stretch and emerged stronger and sharper as a team. That transformation is what drove fans to renew their tickets.
